Today, the ocean of my heart,
Is
quiet and static,
The anger and commotion also Seems
To have ceased in my mindset.
Means ---
I have fully become an ocean,
Now -Just now.
I sat on the very memory stone,
Where, long long ago,
I used to engrave the dream of my future,
But –
The pieces of those stone.
Are nowhere seems to be visible,
Perhaps –
Dreams also have life.
While peeping into the past at this stage,
Many questions take birth in my heart,
And a sweet pain just starts teasing,
And Compromising with this,
has become my nature and ritual.
At the end of the day, evening starts,
Remembering all the optimistic thought of my
life,
In a totally disappointed mood,
When I behold the horizon,
The color of my Kavita looks blooming,
And I sink in the ocean of imagination,
At this stage my Kavita comes there
and wipes the swet of my head.
It seems –
The expectation of arrival of morning,
After evening,
Starts melting gradually and mingles.
In the ocean of my mind,
Such emotional outburst teases to some extent,
And, in the expectation of wee hours of
morning,
I feel. I ponder –
That the existence of Kavita in the light of
sun,
Will act as a boost to my tired mind,
And make my imagination tangible.
I, alone, myself
Silently whispering the sigh of my
imagination,
And after regaining the energy,
I saw that –
My Kavita was getting woven,
Flowing swiftly without any hurdle
With the speed of the fathomless water,
My compulsion was beyond description,
And at that particular time..
I was not so strong enough to save her,
From the clutches of insensitive people
Because the height of my longing,
Was of negligible magnitude,
In comparison with others.
